I Love That. || Senior Photos at The Ballpark In Arlington

I just love those little day to day moments that make life better. Like...

-being chilled and having a warm sweatshirt to come home to.

-That new song you hear on the radio that makes you smile and cry.

-Telling your friend you kind of feel like you've just jumped off a cliff and you're not sure what's at the bottom. And her going "Hopefully marshmallows." :)

-Reading a quote that makes you sigh and question yourself.
Risk more than others think is safe. Care more than others think is wise. Dream more than others think is practical. Expect more than others think is possible. -Cadet Maxim
-Having just as much fun on a Saturday night spent at home as one spent in downtown.

-Laughing with your whole body.

-A senior session that serendipitously turns from photographing around The Ballpark in Arlington to in The Ballpark in Arlington. :)

FYI-He is one of the best short stops I've ever seen.

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.

Since this photo, my family has grown by 16 amazing people (at least I think, it's somewhere around there).  But as of this morning, we have have lost 3 people in this photo.  My aunt passed away last night.  She is the one in the middle with the white shirt and blonde hair, a beautiful photo of her smiling.  So for one last time, it's time for us to all gather around her again.  She fought a good, long, hard fight.  She gracefully finished the race.  And she always kept the faith.

"How are we ever?"s, "Holy cow!"s, "Who knew!"s, and Lunch Meetings That Last Till Dinner.

I'll never forget that first meeting.  I had been volunteering with the Tara Sawyer Foundation for awhile, it had always just been a baseball tournament.

We were sitting in that room, probably 20-30 of us, and the Sawyers start telling us how they want this organization to grow.  I'm not sure about everyone else, but I had a bruise on my chin from it hitting the ground!

And through a lot of "How are we ever?"s, "Holy cow!"s, "Who knew!"s, and lunch meetings that last till dinner, here we are!  Just a few weeks away from our Celebrity Softball Game and Mark Chesnutt Concert!!!!

This really is going to be an amazing event!  The tickets are just $25 too!!  Please come be apart of this amazing organization, you will not want to miss this!!!!

Listen for our radio ads on KSCS 96.3, 99.5 The Wolf, 95.9 The Ranch, 92.1, and ESPN Radio!!!

The Lovely Noe Girls

We secretly met at Veteran's Park.  We had to keep this shoot hush-hush!

A few weeks before, the oldest of the girls came to me and said she wanted to do a photo shoot to surprise her parents for Christmas!  By the way, what an awesome gift!!

So they sneak out of the house, hoping their parents wouldn't notice they were all in matching outfits!  Right after the shoot I went to a meeting with their parents there, I could barely talk to them, scared I would let it slip!

Somehow we all kept it a secret and their parents were so surprised!!

Me? I want a hula hoop.

My favorite things this month:

*Finding a photograph of my great, great, grandmother.

*A new found appreciation for my job.

*Photographing Christmas pictures in 80 degree weather.

*Being hyper from a late night candy run to Walgreens.

*Singing to Alvin and the Chipmunks with my friends and brother. With the car windows down. While looking at Christmas lights.  ....The hula hoop part is obviously the best part of the song. <3

*The Trans Siberian Orchestra.

*Indoor fireworks.

*Decorating our Christmas tree right before everyone gets here.

*Shopping for someone and end up buying $60 for myself...

*Scheming with my cousins during our Chinese Christmas gift exchange.

*Not being able to see my kitchen counter because there is so much food.

*Late night scary movies and secret sharing.

*Looking around and realizing we are growing up and things are changing.  And being excited. <3
